Leakless (India) Engineering designs and builds chemical process, sealless and ammonia pumps, and the mechanical seals that keep them tight, in one works in Malad, Mumbai.
Made for acids, solvents and ammonia since 1980, and tested on our own bed before every shipment.
Since 1980 · Malad, Mumbai
From polypropylene pumps for acid to Hastelloy for the hardest chemical duty, and sealless magnetic drive and canned motor pumps for liquids that must not leak at all.
Most pump failures start at the seal. So we build the pump and the seal together, for the liquid you pump.
ProductsInjection-moulded PP and PVDF, PTFE-lined casings, or steel to Hastelloy, chosen for the liquid and its temperature.
One of our fifteen mechanical seals fitted for the duty, or a magnetic drive or canned motor pump with no seal to leak.
Pressure-tested, then run on our test bed for head, flow, power, vibration, noise and seal leakage.
From −60 °C liquid ammonia to 450 °C hot oil, up to 500 m³/h.
